The Mutualism Morality of Kropotkin mainly comes from Darwin' s theory of evolution. Adopting the evolution theory in the study of social life, he believes that the theory in evolution is mutual help other than survival competition. In his opinion, people' s cooperation behavior has originated from a social instinct that precipitates since "the animal society" . This social instinct develops and evolutes unceasingly through three stages, namely cooperation - justice - self-sacrifice. The human morals also originate from this social instinct and have the same three correspondent stages. Among these three stages, the first two are shared by the human and the animal, while the third is possessed only by the humanity. Undoubtedly, Kropotkin thinks that human society live in groups, which is the simple extension of the animal lives. That is, he holds that the human society is the simple extension of the animal' s sociality.There are four chapters in this thesis. The first chapter introduces the background of the Kropotkin' s Mutualism Morality. The second and third chapters, which studies the basic theories and principles of the Mutualism Morality . It is the most important part of the thesis. The fourth chapter discusses the reasonable factors and its flaws of the theory. The last part is the conclusion of the discussion above.In a word, The Mutualism Morality of Kropotkin is unscientific and metaphysics, which could not come true in reality. However, the cooperation principle and spirit mentioned in it would promote the cooperation in human society and accelerate the globalize advancement.
