Aristotle is a scholar of the top encyclopedia type in the ancient Greekhistory. Whose justice thought is an initiating significance as a founder ofthe western ethics and politics. In the article I mainly discussed his justicethought.Firstly, It chiefly pre.sents the theory origin and social background ofAristotle's justice thought, Plato's and Shuttle's thought have an importantinfluence on the Aristotle's justice thought.Secondly, I inquiry into the Aristotle's moral justice from four aspects:(1) the justice is the most perfect moral character and the confluence of allmoral character;(2) the justice is a morality of only caring about othersgoodness;(3) the justice is a middle course-equality and (4)the justice ispractical. According to influential scope of the justice, it mainly introducesthe economic, legal and political significant justice from the third part to thefifth part.Thirdly, I has mainly discussed the assignment justice people receiveswhat they should get, the rectifying justice people respectively lose whatthey should lose and the exchange justice people are inter- independentequality, and the discrepancies of the assignment justice and the rectifyingjustice.Fourthly I have discussed the justice in the Aristotle's naturalsignificance and the justice in the legal significance. I mainly carries on theelaboration, judging from what "the law is a measurement of the middlecourse". He thought that the political justice may be legal, also may benatural, and the relations of the justice and the legal are also his legalthought core。Fifthly, I have discussed politic justice-"the friendliness in politicsmeans the justice" and the family justice whose essence is unequal justice,and have analyzed the justice of citizen equality, Aristotle's unequal justiceof the women, the slaves and the children.Sixthly I have analyzed several enlightenments to our country systemethics construction from the Aristotle's justice thought. What is persisted onlegal and moral rules in a nation, and we must stick to the assignment justiceand the social stratum harmonious.
