Objectives: Beginning with the springing up of the positive psychology in the 1960s, researchers prefer to pay attention to people's positive psychology. As soon as the concept of subjective well-being (brief name SWB)was proposed, it obtained people's widespread attention. The influencing factors of Subjective Well-being is an important research direction. Social support and coping style are important factors of Subjective Well-being. More and more researcher's have paid attention to them. This research selected middle school students, attempt to understand the current middle school students present situation of society support, coping style and Subjective Well-being, as well as the relation among them so as to provide theoretical evidence for the mental health education and the effective way to enhance the level of Subjective Well-being of middle school students.Methods:1. Literature Review. This paper summarized the study of Society Support, Coping Style, Subjective Well-being as well as the relationship among them between home and abroad. 2.Method of questionnaire survey. This paper adopted the method of questionnaires survey, which selected 964 middle school students from junior to high school in Hunan area, and then use statistical analysis method to analyze their Society Support, Copying Style and Subjective Well-being.Results and Conclusions: 1.Middle school students' Subjective Well-being level is at medium level. It does not show significant differences across sexes; Junior school students and high school students only show significant difference in negative dimension; 2.There are not significant difference between junior school students and high school students. There is no significant difference of Copying Style and Social Support between junior and high school students, but only exists obvious sexual difference between problem solving and rationalization. 3.Coping style, Social Support and Subjective Well-being exist relation. 4.Social Support predicts all factors of Subjective Well-being, as well as Copying Style predict all factors of Subjective Well-being; 5.Besides negative emotion factor, in the influence of Social Support to Subjective Well-being, Coping Style plays the intermediary role in seven factors such as positive emotion. This paper analyzed the research conclusions and proposed some suggestions to enhance middle school students Subjective Well-being.
