Study On Adverbs Of Hunan Yongzhou Dialect

Yongzhou lies in the south of Hunan province.But which language branch does Yongzhou dialect belong to? People have different views on it.Some think it belongs to Xiang dialect,while other people believe it is southwest dialect.There are only a few works and theses dealing with Yongzhou dialect for a long time.Even fewer people study its grammar. This thesis analyses and describes its adverbs.I hope it can systemize and deepen the study of Yongzhou dialect to some extent.There are plenty of characteristic adverbs in Yongzhou dialect. According to the traditional ways of classification and practical situation, the author classifies the adverbs of Yongzhou dialect into six kinds,such as degree adverbs,range adverbs,time adverbs,deny adverbs,mode adverbs,mood adverbs.The author also carefully observes and analyzes those characteristic adverbs.In order to master the meaning of these adverbs better,the author discusses some adverbs with the similar meanings and uses and compares them with the correspondnt adverbs in Putonghua.Part One:Preface,scribe Yongzhou dialect,phonetic family and adverbs.Part Two:troduce five groups of adverbs of degree,like "最" "蛮" etc.Part Three:troduce four groups of adverbs of range,such as "下" "净" etc.Part Four:troduce twelve groups of adverbs of time,like "顿牯子" "够意" "侭" etc.Part Five:troduce three groups of negative adverbs,like "很" "莫" etc.Part Six:troduce four groups of model adverbs,like "专门" "正意" etc.Part Seven:troduce eleven groups of adverbs of tone,like "硬" "看倒" etc.Part eight:induce characteristic of adverbs in Yongzhou dialect.
