Between NorthernSong and SorthernSong Dynasties, there were several outstanding poets in Fujian Province. Some of them had the same political ideal and knew each other well, their gatherings were frequently, and the active scene in literature was never seen before. The closed natural circumstance was an important reason why Fujian was dropped behind other regions. The all-round development in Song Dynasty provided possibility and essential foundation. From a wild region to a civilized region, the development of Fujian culture was quickly and exciting. People payed special attention to education and imperial ecaminations ; Confuianism, Buddlism, Taoism all developed at the same time; the cultural differences among the quarters, all of these were reflected to the poets' production process. But because of cultural accumulation was not enough, and the special time background, the reflection of regional culture was stopped at an exterior level such as the material imagoes. The huge turn of the country shocked the poets a lot. They began to pay attention to the social reality. In these Fujian poets, some of them had intimate relations, they can seen to be a group, their activitise on litearture was based on the understanding between each other. But they still kept various styles on ci poem.As a regional group of ci poem, we are not satisfied with their reflection about the regional culture, at the same time , we should realize that, their ci poem reflected a wider society and new changes of the time, they began to think of the country and the people.
