This paper intends to do research by applying ethnology theories and historical hermeneutic and analysis method and comparison with synthesizing study method . With the evolution of historical stages as the vertical line and with Mongolian political active from dynasty Mongolia Yuan to the early of Qing as latitude line. Following the practical and realistic principle, the articalcompares that Sajia and Gulug had the same influences on the Mongolian politic. and primarily analyses some subjective and objective reasons for these influences. At the same time, I superficial review the discipline of cultural transmission.The article consists of the exordium and six chapters. Among them, the exordium part introduces research survey, existing problems between Tibetan Buddhism and Mongolian politic which have been discussed by the academ and the meaning contents method etc of the research. The first chapter is about Sajia and Gulug and politic religion of tibet at that time. The second chapter explores Mongolia social situation before and after Sajia Gulug transmitting into Mongolia and course character reasons of transmittion. From chapter 3 to chapter 5 important parts. These parts comparatively analyse that Sajia and Gulug had three same influences on the Mongolian politicand mainly probe into reasons. The content of chapter 6 summarizes general discipline about cultural transmission from Sajia and Gulug introducing Mongolia and expands influence to cultural economic area. Simultaneously,I superpicial analyse how to deal with the relation between religion and politic.In the general, on the basis of past studies and from perspectives of cultrural transmission and function, this article analyses reticula benefit and rensons between Sajai Gulug and Mongolian politic.
