The Holy Bible is a comprehensive classic which has a far-reaching influence on the Western Civilization, but the body is a carrier of the development and continuation of the whole civilization of man. So it is unavoidable to involve the body in the Holy Bible. In this thesis, the author attempts to have a foothold in the Bible and probes into the body's meaning the cultural perspective. Firstly, the author analyses the profound relationship between the Original Sin and the body proceeding with the Original Sin of Adam and Eve, and points out that the Original Sin is in essence a type of resistant behavior which consciously occurs to God-made order after awakening of man's body desire—the Original Sin is the start of the holy and pure road. Secondly, researching into the Gospel, the author expounds the guide and example by Jesus's experiences. Thirdly, the thesis clearly states that the discipline and which attracts the body to the sanctity exists everywhere and which conceals the deep social relationship of politics and economy by inquiring into the daily regulations for Food, Sex and Sacrifice. Last but not least, it says much for the holy and pure road that the destination of this sacred is Heaven, and the body's desire has been completely eliminated at the zenith of sanctity.
