The Study Of The New Words Of Uyghur Language Since The Reform And Opening-up Of China

According to representation,authority,continuity and universality,this thesis chooses thenew words of Uyghur language as reference materials which comes from XinJiang Daily(written in Uyghur language) and the periodical of The language and Translation (written inUyghur language) and two dictionaries of the new words of Uyghur language compiled by thelanguage committee of XinJiang Uyghur Autonomous Region and the office of canonical newwords glossary of XinJiang Uyghur Autonomous Region,it studies the occurrence and thedevelopment of the new words of Uyghur language. Besides foreword and epilogue,itcontains 4 chapters.The first chapter gives an overview of the current situation of studying new words ofUyghur language at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of studying new wordsof Uyghur language and concepts related to distinguishing the new words of Uyghur language.It does not have an common definition about the new words of Uyghur language until now. Inorder to have a clear idea about the new words of Uyghur language this thesis distinguishesseveral concepts liable to creat confusion and problems about forming and creating words.The second chapter states the way of the occurance of the new words of Uyghurlanguage. It reviewed the main changes of Uyghur language since the reform and opening upof china and the relationship between the new words of Uyghur language and society by usingdescription,analogy and conclusion.The way of the occurance of the new words of Uyghurlanguage contains forming word additionally,giving fresh meaningess to the old words andabsorbing new words and acronyms from other languages.The third chapter elaborates the basis of the occurance and the development of the newwords of Uyghur language . It mainly states the theorization and the foundation of theoccurance and the development of the new words of Uyghur language,the theorization andthe foundation of derivation,setence and paragraph,semanteme and culture by usingcontemporary practical and theoretical linguistic theory,synchronic and historical way of studing.The forth chapter elaborates the norm of the new words of Uyghur language.It point outthe future of the new words of Uyghur language by using description,analogy andconclusion: the traditional way forming words is still dominant,acronyms and mixing wordsis increasing. It elaborates the existing problems and countermeasures in standardizing usingwords , and sum up the following principles of the norm of the new words of Uyghurlanguage: the principles of occupying,paying attention to internationalization,guiding,dynamic pinciple,having aesthetic,conforming to the pinciple of forming words.
