The Apotheosizing Tales which is a very excellent novel of gods and ghosts emerged in ming dynasty, but most of scholars set a low valuation on this novel. Even if some scholars hold positive affirmative attitude, only then the minority articles can unify the text to discuss comprehensively, carefully, thoroughly. Base on the scholars' achievements, this text analyse the value of Nalakūvara and excavate connotation of The Apotheosizing Tales.The text divides four chapters to elaborate separately.First chaptenmainly summarizes The Apotheosizing Tales and the present situation of Nezha, take it as beginning to structure this article. Second chapter:on the thread of the time, the text inquires and searches the changing process of Nalakūvara, mainly from appearance, weapon, supernatural power, disposition. To explained that The Apotheosizing Tales causes the ne zha to finalize makes the figure of Nalakūvara spread widly. Third chapter:the text analyse the character of Nalakūvara carefully, comprehensively. Using the comparative method, the text reveal the similarities and difference between Nezha and Sun Wu Kong in pursuiting freedom. Fourth chapter:it is main part of this article. From counter brutal and immoral politics, counter-Neo-Confucianism and feudalism order, counter to not talk strange,power,revolt,god, the life philosophy four aspects to analyse the value and the significance of Nalakūvara. From this pointed out that Nalakūvara is progressive ideological trend product in the latter part of the Ming Dynasty, the author Xu Zhong Lin has exert a profound influence by progress thoughts in Ming Dynasty, too.
