The Study Of Harmonious Cultural Reconstruction Of Rural Society-

In December,2005, as a main historic task facing China in the 2006~2010 five-year period, to construct a "new socialist countryside" in China is formally launched at the 5th plenary session of the 16th CPC Central Committee."The developed production, the well-off life, the civilized rural custom, the neat village, the democracy management"is the specific request that proposed to the new rural reconstruction. In which, "strengthening rural spiritual civilization, advocating new folk customs, developing prosperity rural culture ,making new-typed farmers, constructing harmonious countryside" is the important content of the new rural reconstruction. In the vast rural areas,with the implementation of house responsibility system and the abolition of agricultural tax in 2006, the form of rural organization has changed, the rural was in a state of disunity, the trend of the peasants'automization has strengthened, and their concept was diversity; Comparing the peasants whose trend of automization strengthening, our basic organization's controlling force to the rural has been found being weakness .Because they are absent of resources and the effect of the issues of Party organization. In the rural society, because of the strengthening trend of the peasants'automization and the weakening controlling forces of the basic organization, the rural disorganization became significant, as couldn't adapt to the construction of harmonious countryside. The essence of the rural harmonious culture is not only a harmonious and orderly culture, but the vast farmers'moral ideals. It needs a harmonious and orderly rural environment as a support, and a style of production and life formed the peasants'common value as a support. Being based on above background, in the increasingly disorganization rural society, the construction of harmonious countryside produces many problems: village of the mainstream ideology identity fades,the native rural culture appears disnature\ the ground church fights for the discussion right in the rural. These diversity values make the peasants'thoughts confusion. The reason is various. Radically , under the condition of market economy, the peasants'automization caused the disorgazationlism ,and the basic organization exposed its drawbacks on the approach and theories of governing. In order to solve these drawbacks, and construct harmonious countryside , it must explore a Chinese model of development reflects the rural harmonious culture : Stressing the peasants'organizationlism, making full use of the leading role of CPC organizations in the grass-roots, paying attention to the principal role of farmers ,and the assistance function from the cooperatives , rural elite, intellectuals and religion. Further deepen the reform and make innovations, providing the system safeguard for the new rural construction.
