On The Function Of Music Aesthetic Education In Establishing Harmonious Socieity

Civilization and development is a double-edged sword. One hand, they bring material and spiritual wealth to human beings. On the other hand, human beings also face various conflicts and crisis. Therefore, people pay their attention again on "harmony" which is a value idea spread for a thousand year. Especially since President Jintao Hu proposed the slogan " establishing socialist harmonious society" to the Communist Party of China and all Chinese people, "harmony" has become a hot topic for the Party, the government and all walks of the society. Therefore, research on how to establish a harmonious society has theoretic and practical meaning. This article researches on how to establish a harmonious society and consists of several parts: analyzing and reviewing on the origin and relevant concept of "harmony", judging the value on harmonious society and analyzing the function of music aesthetics education on establishing harmonious society.The core content of this article is about the function of music aesthetics education on establishing harmonious society. First, the author clarifies the importance and necessity of music aesthetics education; then, by making use of the methods, such as theoretic analysis, taking examples, and typical music scores, the author analyzes on the cultivation of human beings' aesthetics sentiment and perfect personality structure from music aesthetics. The author analyzes the concept of music, harmony, and harmonious society from the point of sociology, philosophy, and psychology. To some extent, this research enriches the academia's research on the social value of music aesthetic education establishing harmonious society.
