About Qufu, has always suspected that much, the long-off song, wang yi of the Eastern Han Dynasty, "Songs of the South Chapters" of the "Li Sao", "Nine Songs" (11), "the day asked", " jiu zhang" (9), "Yuan You" "Bu ju" and "Yu fu" to define. The flora with "Jing-chu" (ancient name for Hubei province) cultural elements appeared in Quyuan' s Odes is an important cultural phenomenon, which is the reflection of the poet' s mental imagers in the literary works. The eulogy for flora is ubiquitous in his odes, whose quotations are up to 54 in his 25 pieces of ode's. Most of his odes are set in "Jing-chu" culture, and the variant plants are taken as the emotional carrier of the poet. The flora serves as the expressive media of the poet' s emotion and ideals, which contains rich cultural information and accumulates profound cultural references. The relationship between plants and human beings is getting increasingly closer through the long history of plant-utilizing in China, which leads to the birth of the plant-related cultural system by mutualinfluence and integration----plant culture. The flora culture in Quyuan' sOdes is the combination of material and spiritual ones, the material level of which contains the following items such as appreciation, decoration, edibility, officinal and dyeing etc, on the other hand, the following items like traditional values, religious belief, folk custom, aesthetic taste and cultural mentality are reflected on the spiritual level. Second, I will trace back the special cultural and regional qualities conceiving this particular cultural phenomenon. On the one hand, the boundless rivers and lakes as well as the grand mountains with nimbus produce the variant flora. On the other hand, the nourishment of the unique folk literature and arts from the ancient Kingdom Chu, the integration of southern and northern literature, the conflict between the social system and ideal politics, whose three elements together establish the cultural foundation of Quyuan' s odes.the specific reflection of the material aspect. To divide and compose the flora by classification and comparison, illustrating their edibility, officinal, appreciation, decoration and other functions. The deeper exploration of the spiritual aspect can be presented in the following three points: the archetype of flora in Quyuan' s odes, the symbolic system of the aesthetic appreciation and the special customs as well as regional scenery reflected in the flora.and it is the rich and extensive display of the nature form the poet. Some historical records about the flora genetics and other dimensions of knowledge are found in this research, which fully shows that literature is the mirror both for society and nature. the archetype of flora in Quyuan' s odes, the symbolic system of the aesthetic appreciation and the special customs as well as regional scenery reflected in the flora. As the imagery affiliation of the society as a whole, the flora in Quyuan' s odes is not only comprehensive but also gracefully conceived, creating a large sum of emotional signs with aesthetic meanings and plenty of fascinating artistic situations. It not only depicts the essence of the flora but express the subtle internal feeling of mankind towards the external world. This phenomenon is unceasingly enriched and solidified in the literary creation, and evolves into a pattern of expression in collective unconscious in which plants become the carrier of the expression of emotions and ideals and leads to the formation of a general rule in literary creation. With the rapid advance of science and technology, what reflected in the prism of nature and literature is the severe imbalance between the two. It is urgent to find the passing fountain of literary creation, establish the harmony between human beings and nature, strengthen the life-force of literary creation and evoke the new value consideration on the nature.
