Abstract:The fundamental purpose of language learning is to cultivate the language communication ability, which requires that learners should not only master the target language rules, but also need to fully understand the target culture. So we not only need to learn the language knowledge and skills, but also to understand the target language culture of the country has a certain degree of understanding, so as to free use of the target language. Language is the product of culture also reflects the culture. So there is no need for the understanding of culture, will not be able to learn the language of the country. Even learned some fur, cannot say is a complete mastery of the language. The language should be used in understanding the culture, in order to better achieve the communication. In the absence of the target language culture is the case, will not be able to successfully communicate.The current research status of textbook analysis, mostly in South Korea on the limitation analysis of high school Chinese textbook, textbook analysis and study on the general learning Chinese with not much.In the foreign language classroom, it is self-evident importance of target culture education. Especially nowadays only like South Korea to learn a foreign language in classroom teaching environment, the cultural content in teaching material can promote learning effect. Through the cultural content of language learning can inspire learning interest, and inspiration to language learning. To help learners take the initiative to learn, but also can provide a variety of educational experience to improve the efficiency of learning, which can have a positive impact on Chinese learning.Therefore, this article analyzes the cultural content of large Chinese textbooks influence on Korean, so as to find out the shortcomings of these teaching materials, put forward the solution.This paper selected11of the culture part of adult primary teaching were analyzed, and according to the cultural classification of Ogburn, and Finocchiaro&Bonom and Chastain’s theory, the cultural content in material culture, behavior culture, spiritual culture, three categories for analysis. Through this kind of analysis method, the teaching material in cultural content more clearly structured, better able to find some problems about cultural education textbooks.For the study, the author analyzed many materials, basically are used by Korean adult Chinese Textbooks. I hope that through the analysis, the improvement in Chinese teaching materials culture learning content, make learners more and more interested in Chinese, while promoting the higher level of Chinese.
