This thesis mainly discusses the similarity and difference and relevant problems of the structures "VP/AP+SI+LE" and "VP/AP+JI+LE".Besides the preface and conclusion,there are other four parts in the thesis.In the first part,the semantic commonness and otherness of the complements "si" and "ji" in the structures "VP/AP+SI+LE" and "VP/AP+JI+LE" are discussed. "Si" in the structure "VP/AP+SI+LE" has three connotations:the verb "si' implies "to lose life";the adjective "si" implies "unmovable;losing function";highest degree adverb "si" implies "to the highest degree".The first two semantic "si" in the structure "VP/AP+SI+LE" are narrative-complement structure describing "result". The third semantic "si" has similar connotation with the one of "ji" in the structure "VP/AP+JI+LE",and the structure "VP/AP+SI+LE" with this semantic "si" and the structure "VP/AP+JI+LE" belong to narrative-complement structure with degree complement.In the second part,the two structures "VP+SI+LE" and "VP+JI+LE" respective selection and limitation of verb and verbal clause's entry are analyzed.Based on this, three different structures "VP+SI+LE" with "si" in different connotations are compared with the structure "VP+JI+LE",and their differences in the selection of verb are analyzed.In the third part,the two structures "AP+SI+LE" and "AP+JI+LE" respective selection and limitation of adjective and adjective clause's entry are analyzed.The similarity and otherness in the selection of adjective and adjective clause in these two structures are compared and analyzed.In the fourth part,the grammaticalization processes of the "si" and "ji" are compared and analyzed,and based on this,the reasons for the difference in the selection of predicate in the structures "VP/AP+SI+LE" and "VP/AP+JI+LE" are accounted for.
