According to the different sources of meanings, this paper selects three sets of complements for research, which are “xia ren” and “ke lian” from negative psychological feelings;“ban si” and “yao si” from negative physiological feelings and new Modern Chinese complements the words “buyaobuyaode”Based on the previous studies,we analyze the different situations in which several sets of words are used in modal complement and degree complement. The selection of predicates is classified based on the CCL corpus and the BCC corpus. At the same time, the grammatical features, syntactic functions and degree of meaning of several groups of words are described, supplemented by the content of cognition to explain the special grammar and semantic phenomena. The full text mainly includes the following several parts.Introduction.Explain the reason for the topic selection;briefly describe the current research status of the predecessors;Make a brief description.Chapter one: the definition of structure.According to the different grammatical features of several groups of words, this chapter divides and defines the situation of modal complement and degree complement when entering the "de" character structure,so as not to fall into chaotic state in the subsequent description. At the same time, different words have different choices of the predicate when they enter the structure of "de",which is described in detail in this chapter.Chapter two: the grammar analysis.Although several groups of words can enter the structure of "X+degree complement",they have different characteristics in some grammatical features. This chapter describes the grammatical features and syntactic functions of these groups of words from a synchronic perspective. The reasons for these grammatical phenomena are analyzed and explained.Chapter three: semantic and pragmatic analysis. These groups of words have obvious similarities and differences in semantics and pragmatics. In addition to describing these phenomena, this chapter also analyzes the reasons for the existence of these semantic features and pragmatic features with the content of cognitive linguistics.Chapter four: obscure of the meaning of degree. This chapter sorts out the process of grammaticalization and degree of meaning acquisition of several groups of words. At the same time,it explains the ways and possibilities of the degree of meaning from the aspects of "basic meaning","construction meaning" and "cognitive metaphor".
