The Study On Protection And Exploitation Of Coal Culture In Zao Zhuang

Zaozhuang is a typical city of coal resources. It is built for coal, developed for coal, strong for coal and rich for coal, but with the gradual depletion of coal resources and the rising costs of mining, it is also faced with the decline due to the embarrassing position. Therefore, accelerating urban transformation is imperative. From the experiences and lessons of urban transformation both in domestic and foreign cities dependent on coal resources, feasibility of developing coal culture in Zaozhuang is analyed from variety aspects such as the humanic resources, the scenic resources, the natural environment, the tourist market, the servicing facility and so on. Based on this, reforming way of Zaozhuang city is proposed which is developing the coal characteristic culture, and simultaneously the strategy and the suggestion to the coal culture protection and the development are given in detail.The coal mining history of Zaozhuang can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty. The Zhongxing Coal Mine, in particular, established in 1878, with the history of 130 years, is in China's coal fashion and has written a splendid one. It has involved in rail transport, shipping terminals, power generation, salt, machinery manufacturing, construction materials, culture, education, health care, and many other industry sectors. With Kailuan, Fushun, the three are well known as China's three major coal mines. It is also known as one of the national top 10 enterprises; as one of China's first coal mining enterprises using machines in the early Republic of China in the late Qing Dynasty; as China's first national joint-stock enterprise; as modern China's largest national capital enterprise; as China's first enterprise governed by the two presidents of the Communist Party and the Kuomintang, and Chief Financial Officer in the Prime Minister of enterprise. This "four first (or the most)" fully shows that it is rare in Chinese history, a unique large-scale enterprises, is China's national industry pioneer and leader of modern joint-stock enterprise, known as "a light in dark night", which contains the historical and cultural value of national industry extremely heavy. Therefore, this thesis believes that as the material value of coal resources is declining day by day, its cultural values will become increasingly apparent, and these are precisely the potential advantages of coal resources. And thus one of the most important way to the realization of Zaozhuang city in transtition is to make use of the advantages to play; develop the cultural characteristics of coal; implement the strategy of develping and protecting the coal culture. And this important way is also a "detonation point" for the development of cultural tourism in Zaozhuang, which can not only explore the history of coal city ,spread coal culture, build the brand of coal city and led throughtout the travel pattern in the formation and the development of other related industries, but also in the further step, enhance the public's identification with the coal city and sense of belonging to promote economic and social development into a powerful spiritual force.Zaozhuang is the Interchange among the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, the Beijing-Shanghai High Speed Railway and the Eurasian Continental Bridge. It is in an excellent and convenient transportation. Zaozhuang is close to Qufu, Zoucheng, and to Zhejiang, both by the infiltration of Confucius Confucian culture, and by the impact of the Chu and yue culture. It can be said that North-South cultural impact is in this intersection, and 7300 the North Xin culture, 4000 the city-state culture, 3000 the canal culture and 100 industrial culture make the each other more beautiful. It has very deep historical and cultural background. In the mining site remains rich and effective protection and good use of science. In it, you still can see well-preserved old buildings, Housing winch, Shiliquan, the bones of the dead tower, the graves of fascinating historical sites, and such as, God kiln Temple monument inscriptions, shares of Zhongxing coal mine, the mine emblem and other mining, and the development of the history books are very valuable. Excellent service and facilities in Zaozhuang city, have the ability to receive large quantities of tourists, and thus the tourism market prospects are broad, with the potential to protect and develop the coal cultural.At present, Zaozhuang City has done some work in the coal and cultural protection and development, and several experts organized demonstrations to study coal exploration and research, cultural preservation and development, and take active measures to repair the ruins of the mining industry and protection, which has made some Preliminary results. However, there are still problems on coal cultural preservation and development, such as lack of awareness, lack of funds, the distempered mechanism, difficult scale of development and so on. This thesis holds that to implement coal and cultural development strategy, we must adhere to the protection and development of both the principle of suiting measures to local conditions, paying attention to features, comprehensive planning and step-by-step implementation of efforts to achieve economic efficiency, environmental benefits and integrating social benefits; to form an effective protection and Development mechanism, improve laws and regulations, the development of scientific planning and implementation of scientific management, to strengthen publicity and education, expand financing channels to ensure the protection of cultural and coal development in a healthy and orderly conduct of the state. The thesis suggests that Zhongxing coal mine to the proposed national park construction is as the starting point for mine, and we should actively create "Railway guerrillas" brand, vigorously carry forward the spirit of Coal City, containing truth-seeking, self-improvement, innovation, harmony and increase efforts to develop cultural products of coal, making "coal culture" truly become a booster of local economic and fast social development. And thus the coal culture is a "Rich Ore", becoming a city card of Zaozhuang.
