Zuozhuan, the first narrative integrity of the book chronicle, which has vivid language norms and high value of language data, is the precious literature to study pre-Qin Chinese. To study the Numerals of Zuozhuan and its calls number law and show its numeral system is helpful in antiquity Chinese calls the number method appearance and its development and is helpful in Chinese history morphology and syntax research..The article is using the union of quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis the union of static description and dynamic analysis to describe the numerals of Zuozhuan and its calls number law. The article is divided into three chapters.In the first chapter, The numerals of Zuozhuan is divided into three parts, which are basic numerals, synthesis numerals and special numerals. This chapter will have detailed description about them.In the second chapter, the chapter classify the numerals system, describe six types of numerals-cardinal numerals, ordinal numerals, approximate numerals, score numerals, multiple numerals and question numerals, and to construe their table intended function.In the third chapter, the chapter is on the study and description of syntax, including the union of noun and quantifier, the union of verb and quantifier, syntactic elements, apply phenomenon of the numerals , grammticalization and the use of"numerals+noun".
