This paper probed into the phenomena of Internet Addiction Disorder (IAD), the relationship of Peer Relationships (PR) , Self Consistency and Congruence (SCC) and IAD of adolescents so as to make them use computers properly and protect them from becoming IAD.650 adolescent students were investigated by IAD Questionnaire and PR Questionnaire and SCC Scale, and explored the following problems: (1) The situation and characteristics and proportion of students who surfing on the Internet. (2) The situation and characteristics of PR and SCC of adolescents. (3) Relation analysis of PR and IAD. (4) Relation analysis of SCC and IAD. (5) Relation analysis of SCC and PR. (6) Explored influence power and prediction result of PR and SCC two to IAD. The result of studies as follows:1. In this investigation, 25 students were diagnosed as IAD and 37 students were diagnosed as cyber reliers, which accounted for 6.0% and 8.9% of the total number (417) respectively. IAD had significant differences in gender, ages and singleton or not, but it had not any significant differences in different kinds of schools.2. Generally speaking, the PR and SCC of adolescent students were normal.3. There were significant differences among three kinds of users of Internet.4. Three kinds of users of Internet showed significant differences in the total score of SCC, the score of disharmony between self and experience and the score of rigidity of self-harmony.5. The score of PR had remarkable correlation with the total score of SCC, the disharmony between self and experience and the rigidity of self-harmony.6. By regression analyzing, we can drew a conclusion that PR, SCC and IAD showed remarkable correlation, and the former had an effective predictor to the latter.
