Learning activities are the course of involving in internal factors of learners(internal cause)and study environment of learners(external cause).Intelligence factors and non-intelligence factors are included in internal factors, and between them, the functions of nonintellectual factors on learning achievements are great.Using"The Investigation Paper of Non-intelligence Factor for College Student", based on interviews, questionnaires and other methods as well as the statistical investigation, the author studies the relevance between the non-intelligence factors and the achievements of majoring in Uygur language in Xinjiang Normal University.As a result of fact, it is shown that: 1. The developments of certain non-intelligence factors of the students have significant differences in different latitude, especially in the study Anxiety.2.As a whole ,the outstanding feature of correlation between non-intelligence factors and Uygur achievements is noticeably relevant.3.Because of the differences of studying grade, race, sex, type of students and age, the relationship between various factors of non-intelligence and Uygur achievements may reveal various relevanciesDepending on the actual developments of non-intelligence factors of students majoring in Uygur language and characteristics of relevancy between non-intelligence factors and Uygur achievements, the author puts forward some practical effective strategies of developing better non-intelligence factors respectively. One side, it is aimed at a better promotion of non-intelligence factors of students majoring in Uygur language, and at the improvement of efficacy and quality of Uygur language teaching . The other side, it is aimed at helping teachers being aware of the importance of changing teaching methods and concepts and improving non-intelligence factors cultivation. The last, hoped the advice and suggestions can help the school management to improve the teaching environment...
