Folk music is perfect combination of music and folk culture also is the integration of Chinese traditional music and the Chinese nation's culture. University of normal education of higher learning, which is the cradle of nurturing educators for China shoulders great obligations to inherit Chinese traditional folk music. Bring folk music into Normal education of higher learning, in one hand, develops the music education with folk music culture as the mother tongue; in the other hand ,folk music can be inherited and protected. Minnan folk music as oral and immaterial heritage represents Minnan folk music culture. To better protect and inherit Quanzhou Nanyin is an important question remains to be solved in Quanzhou region. The analysis starts at Quanzhou Normal University offer Nanyin discipline, to do surface discussion on Quanzhou Normal University offer Nanyin major. Researching the practice of bring folk music into Quanzhou normal education of higher learning of music education, seeking various factors that influences folk music's developing.According to the advantages and disadvantages during it's developing to raise the responding policy in developing Nanyin in Normal education of higher learning. Meanwhile, hoping this research can be conductive to further exploration in Nanyin in Normal education of higher learning, also, provides historical experiences and theoretic reference for Quanzhou region or other regions' music education development plan.
