"Buluotuo"is the scripture of Zhuang nationality in China. This scripture narrates and sings the great achievements of Buluotuo, the primogenitor of Zhuang Nationality. Buluotuo's great achievements include creating the world, the human and the things as well as establishing the conventions of social ethnics, which are rich in belief connotations. In the paper, the writer takes the scripture"Buluotuo'as research texts and makes the folk beliefs of Zhuang Nationality contained in the scripture as the research object. The writer classifies and analyses the expressive forms of the beliefs in terms of the types of beliefs in the scripture, which include admiration to the natural matters, to the animals and plants, to the man and the god as well as to the god of vocation. Also, the writer discusses the influences exerted by this scripture and enumerates the relevant folk-custom phenomena. On the basis of the classification of the beliefs, in the second chapter, the belief phenomena in the scripture are further analyzed, clarifying the practicability, openness and wizard cultures and all the things alike. The belief activities are analyzed deeply by means of symbolic analysis and the theory of anthropology. This aims at knowing the internal logic hiding behind the specific expressive forms by means of the thorough analysis of the belief activities. In the third chapter, the social function of the belief theme in the scripture is discussed. Finally, the writer analyses the harmonious thoughts embodied in the folk beliefs of Zhuang Nationality in"Buluotuo". Furthermore, its modern value and meanings are also discussed.
