The ReLationship Between The Intellectuals Ethos In Jian'an Period And The Style Of Poetry Writing In Jian'an Period

The intellectuals ethos refers the whole spirit feature of intellecuals in one period,which has the different feature of the times and the obvious evolution.The evolution of the style of poetry writing ,not only is related to the prospering and declining of nation,the political background and the changes of Iife,but also connects closely with the intellectuals ethos.From the beginning of Caowei period,the writers of literature make a great chang and become the hightest hierarchy.The creation enthusiasm of the intellectuals in Jian'an period is not as little as the politics enthusiasm.The intellectuals inherit and development the tradition that poetry must express the writer's spirit and emotion and they use the poetry to express their ambition and emotion.so the style of poetry writing in this time connects more closely with the intellectuals ethos.The intellectuals ethos in Jian'an period has played an important role on constructing and promoting inherent moral character of poetry in this time.At the same time,the evolution of the intellectuals ethos in Jian'an period directly resulte in the style of poetry writing;the process of evoluting of the intellectuals ethos in Jian'an period is consistent with that of the style of poetry writing.The style of poetry writing embodies the intellectuals ethos in Jian'an period.For this reason,this article tries to analysy the relationship between the intellectuals ethos in Jian'an period and the style of poetry writing in this time,and tries to study their evolution and their influence on the intellectuals ethos and the style of poetry writing of later ages.then recognize their special standing and influence in the history of Chinese intellectuals ethos and the style of poetry writing on this base.The main text altogether is divided four chapters:The first chapter mainly inspects the evolution of the intellectuals ethos in the late Han Dynasty and its historical meaning.After Eastern Han He emperor,Huanguan and Waiqi master the government,Eastern Han Dynasty is on the edge of death.so the intellectuals ethos during the middle and late Han Dynasty turns to the evolution. In the past, they advocate a kind of spirit,but now hey begin to secure and enjoy the life,they begin to mould their temper.Some of them give up the fame,and then secure the life.So we can find the trend of the intellectuals ethos evolution that is from advocating the spirit to enjoying themselves,from respecting Confucianism to advocate the Taoism.but the spitit evolution hasn't been manifested in their literature.The second chapter mainly studies the relationship between KongRong,CaoCao and the ending of the intellectuals ethos in the late Han Dynasty.Under the influence on the intelletuals ethos,the trend of the intellectuals ethos evolution becomes more and more clear.The intellectuals begin to express their spirit through writing poems,and they bring the first hing tide of writer's poetry writing and form the brilliant scene of poetry writing with many kinds of style.KongRong directly inherited partisan spirit in the late Han Dynasty,he can be regarded as the last one of partisan,his poetry mostly embodies the intellectuals spirit.CaoCao completed summarizing the intellectuals ethos in the late Han Dynasty,and leaded to the intellectuals ethos and the style of poetry writing in Jian'an period.The third chapter mainly inspects the six writers in Jian'an period.Their experience,thoughts and writing all embody the transition feature from CaoCao to CaoPi and from Han Dynasty to Wei Dynasty.They live in the same age,born in the similar family and study the same culture,so they manifest the same spirit. On the other hand,their poetry has their own disposition.so the style of their poetry writing displays the obvious trend that is from rational "HanYin"to "WeiXiang".The four chapter mainly studies CaoPi and CaoZhi.Although CaoPi and CaoZhi have the same parents,they have different qualities and disposition.As far as their emotion feature,CaoPi displays his attention to the reality and care of the life;but CaoZhi mainly publicizes his persernality and expresses his depression when his ambition can't be realized.As far as the style of their poetry writing ,the style of Caopi is mild and elegant;the style of Caozhi is open-minded and depressed.but both of them pour into the fresh style for Jian'an poetry writing.Through the inspection and the analysis above,we refer the important standing and great influence on the intellectuals ethos and the style of poetry writing in Jian'an period.In the history of Chinese intellectuals ethos development,the intellectuals kept forging ahead and making progress,impassioned,high-spirited and vigorous in Jian'an period,which has deepen to be a main part of confucian character ;they embody the rich talent and disposition in the late Jian'an period,which make the later intellectuals to display the two sides of soul.And in the history ,the poetry's style of "QiGu" or "CaiQing",has great influence on the spirit and aesthetic style of poetry of later ages and original meaning.
