Research On The Innovation Of The Public Cultural Service System Of Jilin Province

Based on analyzing and borrowing the previous research achievement of the public cultural service system, this research makes a deep and systematic study of problems related to the public cultural service system of Jilin province.First, the research attempts to have a clear conception connected to the public cultural service system, including the public products and the public service, the public cultural products and the public cultural service, the public cultural service system and the government function on public service. On the basis of these, we probe into a proper role of the government in the development of the public cultural service system.Second, the research has a specific analysis of the public cultural service system of Jilin province. After a historical investigation into the progress of the public cultural service system, I divide it into four stages: restoration, stagnation, reformation and rapid growth; and try to describe its developmental route and characteristic. With an on-the-spot investigation to the public cultural service system of Jilin province, I focus on describing the basic condition and look into its problems.Last but not least, on grounds of the above research, the report discusses the method of improving the public cultural service system of Jilin province, propose the main principle, search for its ideal pattern and have concert proposals.The innovation in this research is:First of all,it is the first time to try to study the innovation of the public cultural service system of Jilin province. Second,the research describes the historical progress of the public cultural service system of Jilin province and the developmental route and characteristic.The four stages are :restoration, stagnation, reformation and rapid growth.The third is describing the new public cultural service system of Jilin province.
