Study On Protection And Sustainable Development Of Cultural And Natural Heritage

Heritage is a concept with wide range, which could be divided into not only tangible and intangible heritage, but culture and nature heritage. Heritage could be levelled into world heritage, national heritage, local heritage and so on. Now there are 37 out of our national heritages enrolled in World Heritage List. Notwithstanding the problems, our world heritages are well-protected generally. On the contrary, the protection to national-level and provincial-level is weak and the development of heritage tourism is lacking. Regarding this situation, the concept how to protect and develop the world heritage is used to other level heritages. As to the case selected, this article is going to discuss the heritage exploration of western mountain area of Mentougou Beijing, which full of abundant relevant resources. Based on this, more analyse have been done for the heritage protection and tourism development between Baihuashan national nature reserve and Chuandixia, the historic and cultural village Considering the content, this paper is mainly talking about four parts:Firstly, based on international treaty and charter, the research tries to find out the principle of heritage protection and development, and points out that the authenticity and integrity are the guideline of heritage protection.Secondly, after assessing the heritage resource of western mountain area in Mentougou, some issues and suggestions are made in the terms of heritage exploration.Thirdly, the article evaluates the heritage worth, points out the administration on core area, buffer area and the trial area should observe the guideline strictly. Information construction should be focused on, meanwhile the education function should be strengthened, and the environment volume should be kept an eye on.Last, main development issues of Chuandixia conclude pressure under heritage protection, improvement on the requirements of tourism-engaged people and lack of tourism products. Suggestions on its heritage administration are to protect the village heritage as a whole; found tourism fund for heritage exploration, develop experimental-based tour product and highlight the corporation work with neighbourhood village.
