School education as the country's education system has already very matured, then following with school education, even prior to school education are in private education styles, and after-school class is such an education style. As such a private education style in the tutoring, which has existent a period of history, especially in the wake of the era of knowledge economy and society of the increased competitive pressures, informal, pure school education seems to have been unable to meet the parents'educational needs of children, so tutoring as an adjunct to educational institutions rapid development and grew stronger, children who acceptance such extra-curricular counseling are more and more. Well, is it an ideal choice or not for such parents and children who acceptance such extra-curricular counseling? Do have any kind of problem hidden them? Related extra-curricular study of remedial classes is not a new topic, but past information about tutoring are from media reports, these reports stare at the surface of truth, not through the "tutoring situation" for deeper study. In recent years, although there are more systematic studies, only to explore the social and educational means, the significance of which concerned were about the stress of students, parents of the burden, professional ethics bankruptcy, never from the psychological dimension for analysis. Participations in extra-curricular counseling are different roles as different dynamic individual, what are the psychological roots of their needs or motivations or their behaviors? These problems should cause us to think deeply.This article seeks to analysis the mental of different roles who participate in tutoring, then provide guidance for these direct participants, such as students, parents and teachers, to alert extra-curricular sponsoring agencies, put the provision of reference for society oversight mechanisms. This study used in-depth interviews and open interviews of qualitative research methods, combined with research methods such as observation, do research on some students, parents and guidance teachers who take part in tutoring in Changchun City, Jilin Province. The results showed that: different roles had different expectations and attitudes for extra-curricular counseling, many students who took part in counseling to be perfunctory parents and teachers, had little interest on learn, also the attitudes were passive, while the parents had unattainable objectives and over-reliance on tutoring counseling, overvalue to enhance the fraction rather than concerning about the child's psychological needs. Difficult to ensure the quality of guidance teachers, also un-defined duties and responsibilities, combined with under great stress, as a result, extra-curricular counseling only to ensure that the time of the students'study not guarantee the efficiency of their learning.The purpose of this study by means of qualitative research in combination with the actual observation to the paid tutor in the tutoring compared to previous quantitative researches, more comprehensive and in-depth to discovery the problems and reasons of this social phenomenon existent. At the same time, from a psychological point of view to consider this issue, through to analysis the mind of different roles, a fundamental understanding of students, parents, teachers and their needs, also the spirit of scientific research in the humanities are more embodies, a breakthrough of previous research in orientation benefits.This study not only draws these conclusions from the interviews, and into the community, long-term observation, more comprehensive knew and understanding the real behavior and psychological needs of the different roles, but also important means to conducted the results of this study, that is, the organic integration of observation and interview study. In the study except from a psychological point of view to analysis the mind of different roles, but also explored the impact of social factors to the various actors, it will help us more fully understand the behaviors and psychological of different roles. In-depth analysis the minds and its causes of the different roles, this study also made several recommendations with a view to real life for the Service, to make theoretical more value, meaning and vitality.
