The painter paid a visit to Tibet, plunged into Tibetan customs, the life condition and life style of Tibetan compatriots and had a deep impression of the unique culture atmosphere of Tibet, from which the inspiration of creating the traditional Chinese painting named Blessed Tibet came. This painting in which some tibetans are welcoming guests from afar puts emphasis on the principle of "art from real feelings of life" (or life is the source of literary and artistic creation) on the basis of choosing the typical and representative theme among various themes available. Combined with the "artistic language" of traditional Chinese painting, such as abstract art, painting materials and the mood of a work of art, etc, the painting lays stress on the understanding of humanity, customs and culture of dress and personal adornment by using some elementary skills of the composition of form in traditional Chinese painting, which specifically refers to the combination of dots, strength of lines, construction of facets and conception of colours which combines colours and China ink, in the hope of uniting the form of artistic expression and the feelings of life together, and ultimately evoking an echo between the viewers and the artistic conception of the painting. In the end, the author reiterates "art from life" is the most basic requirement in the artistic creation.
