Study On The Structure Of Special Operation Miner's Post Safety Competency And Its Related Factors

The safety of coal mine production is an affair that the whole country pays attention to very much.Our country produces the maximum coal in the world,but also the maximum coal mine accidents,we should consider how to assurance the production at the time reducing the amount of coal mine accidents.How to prevent from the occurrence of coal mine trouble using the scientific methods? The psychology is the subject which deals with mental processes and behavior of individual and the community should develop its function in preventing coal mine accidents.This paper is the application study of the foundation that the coal mine safety using positive method of psychology.Based on the based on literature studying,interview and open-questionnaires study,I collect the items of post safety competency of special operation miner,then construct the investigate questionnaire.Through carry on the test to collect the data,finally we got a three factor model of post safety competency through EFA and we test the model by CFA.We also discuss the relation between the special operation miner's post safety competency and related variables.The results are as fellows:(1) the structure of the special operation miner's post safety competency has three dimensions:the consciousness of safety;stability of emotion;the ability handling the emergency.(2) the special operation miner's post safety competency has a negative influence on risk-taking behavior.(3) working load has moderate effect on the special operation miner's post safety competency and risk-taking behavior;Organizational Identification has partial mediating effect on the special operation miner's post safety competency and risk-taking behavior while leadership style does not.(4) there are no significant differences among special operation miners through demographic variable on post safety competency.
