Research On Miner Negative Emotions Factors And Intervention Measures In Coal Mine

China’s energy structure is dominated by coal, which is the basis for China’s economic development and social development. With increasing security investment, China’s coal mine accidents and the number of deaths are continuing to decline, further improvement in the security situation in general. But compared with other countries, China’s coal industry millions of tons of mortality is still high, compared with some of the coal industry in advanced countries, there is still a big gap. In the process of coal mine production safety, human behavior is a major source of insecurity cause coal mine accidents. Lead to unsafe behavior in psychological factors, miners’ emotional problems occupies an important position.In this paper, by analyzing miners’ adverse emotional impact factor, set up the miners’ bad mood factors index system, including five two indicators and17 three indicators.On the basis of relevant theories, through the design, distribution, questionnaires, and sample data obtained five coal mines. Letter by SPSS19.0 questionnaire data validity is tested, thus extracted five main factors influencing factors of negative emotions build miners conceptual model, including environmental factors, family factors, communication, personal factors, organizational management. By AMOS7.0 of the proposed model were first and second order confirmatory analysis to verify the model, and ultimately determine the miners’ bad mood factors structural equation modeling. The experimental emotions was induced by external stimuli, the subjects were successfully induced negative emotions, physiological changes were tested and significant variation under different negative emotions and increased to varying degrees, the subject’s reaction time becomes longer. Finally, make suggestions based on the factors affecting the structural model and the experimental results.This paper draws miner bad mood factors influence the degree of negative emotions miners, and their impact on the poor sentiment from large to small order is: environmental factors> family factors> communication > personal factors > organizational management; Measured by physiological measurement instruments are try emotions induced physiological changes and the ability to respond to the next successful case in which the heart rate(P <0.01), transcutaneous electrical(P <0.01), respiratory rate(P <0.01), reaction time(P <0.01) changes very significantly(P < 0.01). This study will help raise awareness of the miner’s bad mood, and make interventions rationalization.
