The Empirical Study Of Influence Factors On Coal Mine Worker’s Sense Of Psychological Safety

The problem stems from people’s confusion and inquiry about Existing or unknown things and the self-reflection about the development of human, which become the logical starting point of scientific research. Mao Zedong said:"the problem is the contradiction of things, where there is unresolved contradiction, where there is a problem." International Relations scholar Kekes defined problem as:the consciousness on certain issues or events in the specific historical period. Coal mine worker’s psychological safety problem derived from the exploration of the causes of mine disaster and man’s the most basic respect for the lives. Individual’s mind healthy is mainly reflected by his psychological security, which also serves as a reliable guarantee of their life security. In view of safety psychology and social psychology, this paper focus on studying the survival condition of566coal mine workers by discussing the characteristics and influence factors of their psychological securityThe empirical studies indicate that:(1)The higher level of psychological security scores for coal miners and the whole lower of the sense of psychological security,which are lower in normal level than domestic ordinary people.(2)The labour security is the directive factor to psychological security, the work nature is the important factor to psychological security, the economical income is the decisive factor to psychological security,the labour time is the sighificant factor to psychological security, the educational level is the restrictive factor to psychological security,the age condition is the general factor to psychological security. This article will put forward three ideas which combine research conclusion with document literature to the cause of lower in psychological security lever:Firstly, enhancing the labour security lever of coal miners, improving outer formed environment of psychological security.Secondly,confirming fair reasonable distribution system and stimulating the formed inner driving force of psychological security.Thirdly,building systematic pragmatic supporting rules and improving the formed personal quality of psychological security.
