At the age of harmony, the role of doctors & nurses become more and more remarkable, while their happiness at work is not so satisfied. Doctors & nurses in Heng Yang are part of doctors & nurses in China. It is important to study negative emotions of doctors & nurses and these sources in Heng Yang to improve their quality of life; to enhance their working efficiency ; to promote negative emotion management development.Based on theoretical analysis, this dissertation brings forward the model and hypotheses of empirical research . We use documents, interview, questionnaire made by ourselves, mature questionnaire and other research methods, investigate 900 doctors & nurses in Heng Yang. Scale of Doctors & Nurses Negative Emotion Sources and the Scale of Doctors & Nurses Job Satisfaction were tested in a primary survey of 268 doctors & nurses . The structures of these questionnaires were rested by item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and by confirmatory factor analysis in the second survey of 496 doctors & nurses . These questionnaires were adopted to measure those things with vivid structure, good reliability and validity. We analyze the result of questionnaire investigation with SPSS and AMOS.The Scale of Doctors & Nurses Negative Emotion Sources, the Scale of Doctors & Nurses Job Satisfaction , the Scale of Negative Emotion, the Scale of Turnover Intention, Four questionnaires were adopted to investigate part of doctors & nurses in Heng Yang. A data set of 496 doctors & nurses was used to analyze their status, the conclusions are as follows: (1) the result of investigation and data analysis indicates that : boredom, indifference, depression, frustration, perplex, loneliness and anxiety are the common negative emotions of doctors & nurses in Heng Yang; (2) competency, self-realization, work relationship, work character, performance management, and organization factors are the main negative emotional sources of doctors & nurses, while their correlations with each kind of negative emotions differ from each other. Meanwhile; (3) job satisfaction have significant correlations with the occurring frequency of negative emotions; (4)turnover intention have significant correlations with the occurring frequency of negative emotions; (5)the doctors & nurses'gender, education background and emotional stability, together with organization nature and hospitals future expectation, have different influence in the emotional sources; (6) the negative emotions source of doctors & nurses can not have the direct influence to its behavior consequence, the negative emotions source of doctors & nurses can have the direct influence to its behavior consequence.In the finally, research model and hypotheses are adjusted according to the result of investigation and data analysis. Interms of each negative emotion, selective strategies of negative emotional management on doctors & nurses in the organizational level are proposed, then, the problems requiring further studies are discussed.
