Research On The Negative Category Of Feixian Dialect

According to the Atlas of Chinese Language(2nd Edition)(2012),Fei County dialect belongs to Yan He piece of Zhongyuan mandarin,according to the division of Mr.Qian Zengyi,Fei County dialect belongs to Xilu piece in the western part of Shandong dialect.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to dialect research and fruitful results have been obtained.But so far,no one has studied the negative category of Fei County dialect.Through investigation we find out that the negative category of Fei County dialect still can be excavated.Therefore,based on the combination of description and interpretation,and this paper will systematically describes the negative category of Feixian dialect.There are four parts in this article besides the introduction and the conclusion.The article first introduces the general situation of Fei County,including geographical overview,historical evolution and dialect family;Secondly,it summarizes the academic research achievements on negative category,including the study of negative category in Putonghua,the negative category in dialect and the negative category in Fexian dialect,all of which lay the foundation for the research of this paper.Then determine the object and significance of the research;finally,the purpose,theoretical methods of this paper are briefly explained.The first chapter is the study of word formation related to negation.Mainly refers to "bu" and "mei" which related to derived and compound word formation.The derived word formation related to negation is mainly composed of "bu" for affixes,which includes "bu" itself participating in word formation alone,"bu" first combining into disyllabic affixes and then participating in word formation,"bu" first combining into polysyllabic affixes and then participating in word formation.The compound word formation related to negation mainly refers to the formation of "bu" and "mei" as the root of the word.The second chapter is the study of the fixed format related to negation.Mainly refers to "bu" and "mei" which directly as a negative word,with other words composed of a fixed format.The more frequent formats made up of "bu" are: "V bu chu(ge)hao V lai " and "V bu wan(le)de V ";"mei" is mainly composed of "mei ge VP".The third chapter is the research of question which related to negation.Mainly refers to repeated questions,and according to the temporal differences of repeated questions,divided into unstructured repeated questions and already repeated questions.The repeated questions of "V+bu+VP" "VP+M+bu" "shibu+VP" "V+bu+V de C" and "VC lou bu" in Fei County dialect are mainly introduced in this paper.The repeated questions mainly describe "VP+mei" "VP+M+mei" and "V+mei+VP" and soon.The fourth chapter is a comparative study of negation.This paper first discusses the negative form of the sentence;then analyzes the negative form of the differential sentence;then describes the negative form of the extreme comparative sentence;and finally probes into the negative form of the recursive comparison sentence.The conclusion summarizes the full text and points out the shortcomings of the study.
