Strategy as a psychological operation of definite goal, it always be regarded as individual cognitive processes of consciousness, but the recent studies of implicit learning have told us that many abstract rules can be acquired unconsciously. Their research has indicated that some strategies can be acquired and transferred in the unconscious level in some cases. In this study, the experimental procedures implied new strategies. The subjects accomplished the experiment in a quiet lab, the Reaction Time and EEG data were recorded at the same time. Then, there was questionnaire about the experiment need to be accomplished. After a comprehensive analysis of the experimental data, the evidence of existence of implicit strategies was found and the process of acquisition and transfer of implicit strategy become more clearly.According to the results above and the former researches, we have got the following conclusions. Firstly, the implicit strategies can be acquired and applied unconsciously. Secondly, the process of acquisition and transfer of implicit strategies can be reflected by both behavioral data and ERPs. Thirdly, the acquisition of implicit strategy is a gradual process, it can be acquired gradually in the course of some operation. Fourthly, the strategy utilization deficiency was also found in the transfer of implicit strategy, the generated implicit strategy can not be totally applied in similar circumstance.
