The relationship among the Soviet Russia,the KMT and the Communist International from 1917 to 1927 experienced a historical evolution process of occurrence, development, joint and split. The joint among them was an option for interaction. On the one hand, the Soviet Russia supported the revolutionary movement of the oppressed countries, on the other hand, a more important point lay in the consideration of their respective national interest. After the victory of October Revolution, the newborn Soviet Russia Government adopted a positive, flexible and pragmatic policy approach to China in order to shake off the difficult situation at both home and abroad. They tried to find ally in China and sought actively to establish the east barrier.At the same time, Sun Yat-Sen also hoped of obtaining support and aid from Soviet Russia and Communist International due to the appreciation of October Revolution and the repeated revolution setbacks. Therefore both sides contacted positively.After numerous talks, the publication of "Sun wen-Yue Fei Declaration" symbolized the realization of the union. With the help of the Soviet Russia and the Communist International, Kuomintang completed reorganization, set up its own army, achieved cooperation with the CPC, and realized the national reunification for the purpose of the Northern Expedition. The Soviet Russia and Communist International became the important international power in supporting of the Chinese revolution.But after Sun Yat-Sen passed away, New Right wing of the Kuomintang made"the Zhongshan ship event","the reorganization party affairs". These events caused the joint fissure,"4.12"and"7.15"counter-revolutionary coup made the both sides broke ties. Sino-Soviet relationship worsened。Throughout the course of historical development, the joint was a mutual aid options and thought approval based on their own interests. However, due to different ideologies, this union ambushed crisis from the very beginning because of the hostility unitting Russia and opposing Sun Yat-Sen's unite policy from the big landlord and big bourgeoisie right communism in Kuomintang. With the National Revolutionary in-depth development and international relations changed, the breakdown and deterioration of joint was inevitable.
