In 1928 great changes took place in Mongolian politics.The contradiction between the "Right" headed by DambaDorji and the "rural" faction led by Gen Dun and Baderhu shout has become more and more intense.Finally,the contradiction between the two ended up with the victory of the "rural" school.Before 1928,the dominant rural of Mongolia was more free in diplomacy.So the "Right" real independence without the help of the soviet union.However,the Seventh Congress of the people's Revolutionary Party of Mongolia in 1928 marked the end of the "Right" dominant rulers and the start of the left-leaning radical way.At the same time,it also means that the Communist International in Mongolia has the supreme right.From 1928 to 1932,under the direct leadership of the Communist International,the rural areas has expended the implementation of the comprehensive collective movement,confiscation of property movement and the elimination of private ownership and other socialist construction.In full swing due to the interference of Communist International and the mode of copying the Soviet Union as well as the situation of the country,the political and social economy of Mongolia brought a serious crisis to the outside world.This paper consists of three parts: preface,main body and conclusion.The preface briefly introduces the significance of selected the topic,the research situation at home and abroad,as well as the new historical materials and innovations.The main body consists of three chapters,first starting from time background,this part expounds thedomestic political situation and the international environment of Mongolia;second,this chapter mainly describes how the rural school u build the socialist policy;under the direct leadership of the Communist International,third,the chapter,a mainly talks about how these policies influenced the social and economic life.In Mongolia the conclusion briefly discusses the "New Deal" in 1932 ".
