| Yu-hua is an important writer in the History of the Contemporary Chinese Literature. He is one of the few who is expected to be a great master. This paper try to get a clear thread from a study of Yu-hua's writings, and also try to find out why his writing has so much successional changing and innovation. Viewing at his different kinds of novel proposing form decades, clearly, the attention to human surviving perplex and human nature becomes the basic spiritual core of his humanity caring in his novle. Besides the human surviving perplex, he has been tyring to find outlet for breaking the perplex. My essay aims at linking on his wringting from different decades in general, by asking for human suvirving condition and showing of perplex ,so as to discover his humanity deeply.There is five parts in my essay.The forward tells of its purpose and the understanding of human nature and surviving in Yuhua's novels.Chapter one pay close attention to Yuhua's novels which were written in Eighties. It mainly analyzed a despair survival and evil nature of people which described in Yuhua's novels. Chapter two looks on Yuhua's three long novels which were published during the Ninties. Realizing misery is inevitable to survival, Yuhua didn't consider misery as disaster to look upon the world and survival despiredly. Filled with attachment and tender feeling in his eyes, he respects lives and right to subsistence. Characters depth in misery in his novels, but the dear ones let the human feel urgently warm.Chapter three study on Yuhua's recent wnting: the Brothers. It analyzes emphatically two survival ways in two times. Under such great change impact because of two times span, each person's mind had the fluctuation turbulence, and their survival ways also changed and split up.Conclusion reinforces the significance of human nature writed under different survival circumstances in Yuhua's novels. |
