Those capital campaigns announced that Chinese film industry would run into a new stage which is called"Capital Times". There are three areas for the investment. First is film produce, second is film distribution, and third is film screening. That capital invested in film industry played a positive significance that it can speed up the development of film industry, expand financing channels, deepen the international cooperation, promote the development of small and medium enterprise, promote the film reform, and accelerate industry integration. But the investment also brings negative impact. We saw a weird affairs that the numbers of film was raised but the quality was declined, much private equity fund was invested in the industry but they were still in a legal gaps,《Assembly》was succeed in capital raising from a bank but it was mode for others to imitate, copyright assessment of a film was still failed to resolve, and there would be a quite long time for film companies to go public.
