| With the development of current society, the effect and position of human being are emphasized more and more, and all nations in the world begin to pay attention to the comprehensive development of human being, the effect and the value of human being, so, every country has invested lots of capital and made many policies in the introduction and training of talents to confront the global competition; Besides, in the early days of 21 century, the development strategy of"People Oriented"has been raised in the Scientific Outlook on Development of our country. But at the same time, the contradiction between nature and human being is more and more obvious, for the human being damages the living environment when they are pursuing the development of themselves as a group. In a long period passed, the traditional development form with the aim of conquering nature, with the help of science and technology, and with the drive of the increasing material wealth, to some extent, has harmed the bedrock on which the human being are dependent and has transformed the strength of improving nature to the strength of harming the human being themselves. People always turn to the vanquishing target of the nature unconsciously when they are trying to subdue it. A series of problems such as the missing water and soil, the desertification of soil, the wasting resources and the lack of water in the cities have cautioned human that they must be punished by the nature if human actions violate the natural rule. The forest area is decreasing greatly, and some animals and plants border on dying out. All of these threat the future development of human being.This thesis aims to analyze the relationship between"People Oriented"and the preexistence of nature. In the first part, study philosophically the ideology of"People Oriented"and the preexistence of nature, and compare"People Oriented"and Chinese ancient ideology of people foremost and the western humanism to study their distinctions and relations and analyze mainly their original theories; Use the literature analytical method to study the research and the literatures relating to the preexistence of nature, to comprehend mainly the explanation of Marx and Engels about Nature Conception and the background of Sustainable Development Theory, and to extend the production and theoretical development of the concept of the nature's preexistence. In the second part, find their internal relations from their philosophical elements, and analyze the development of human society with the method of systematical analysis, to compare objectively the human society and the nature with the consideration that they are systems, especially to analyze how to observe the natural rule and how to respect the nature's preexistence in the process of"People Oriented". As a big system, nature includes human society. It is divided to humanizing nature and natural nature. As the ideology of"people oriented"is developing, the nature's preexistence and the human society will restrict each other, and the influences of humanizing nature to the nature including the human society are strengthened constantly. The process of"People Oriented"is just the process of the increasing knowledge about the nature's preexistence, and the exploration of the unknown fields of the nature will influence the development of human society with no doubt. In the third part, make an available analysis of the corresponding development between them, and combining with the requirements of the development of"People Oriented"and the historical theme of harmonious development in the current world, the progress of human society requires us to be people oriented and to pay attention to the effect and the value of human being.
