Music Character Study Of The James Wang's Film Songs

The golden age of the Hong Kong pop music was from the 80s to the late 90s. There are many pop music become "classic" and they are still popular even today. When we talk about the pop music of this period,James Wong is someone we cannot forget.James Wong took part in creative directing positions within the entertainment industry in Hong Kong.He was best known for his achievements as a lyricist of Cantonese songs,many of which have become classics of the genre.His works had pushed the development of Cantopop to unprecedented popularity not just in Hong Kong but the whole Chinese speaking regions.Especially because of his contributions of spreading and developing Chinese culture,Wong became a symbolic figure of the Hong Kong entertainment industry and a founder of the Hong Kong pop music's golden age.In this article,I have draw conclusions,and analyzed Wong's music creation features and functionality of the system image,drawn conclusions,summed up his character and works of creative features and the role of images.I hope this study will have a certain practice-oriented significance when composing film music and appreciation.
