Schiller in the"Aesthetic Education Letter",put forword the concept"aesthetic"at first. The thought of the academic community has aroused widespreadcontroversy. Some scholars believe that utopian thinking of Schiller's aestheticeducation,does not have more practical significance.Today,we re-examine the Schiller'saesthetic thought,the past is not comprehensive.The paper using the comparative study of the way,through schiller's aestheticthought and Maximum and China's modern aesthetic thinking of Juristcomparison,further elaborated the impact of schiller's aesthetic education,as well asenthusiasm.Schiller clearly pointed out the aesthetic education for improving thequality of the chinese people to enhance the moral and cultural level,building aharmonious socialist societyhas an indispensable practical significance.
