Historical Research On The Theory Of Ethic Origin

It is from the very beginning that Ethic is an old and eternal theme which the ancient philosophers kept pursuing and exploring in both Chinese and western traditional cultures.Ethic,utilized as a grasp of practicing spirit towards the world by human being,is simply more than the total of outward conducts and behaviors. Different nations not only have their own origins,but also share the community in culture.As a result,it has become the common research field on which both Chinese and western scholars are focusing that to seek the spark of wisdom from the traditions,to explore the mutually beneficial moral culture resources from the dialogues among varied moral cultures or ethical concepts,in the context of cultural globalization and extremely prosperous multi-cultural exchanges and dialogues nowadays.Therefore,on the stand of Marxist,through the combing of moral roots in Sino-western traditional cultures,this essay aims to clarify the authentic moral origin,to prompt the construction of current socialist moral system and to emphasize the current socialist moral system must be constructed complying with the social economic relationship,people's consciousness level,and absorbing excellent traditional cultures and moral notions of both ancient and modern,Chinese and foreign,especially Chinese'own.To achieve this,this essay also makes a deep research for the moral roots in Sino-western traditional cultures separately through literature reference, historical study and comparative research etc.The text is divided into five sections.
