The Analyse Of Wireless Contracts Negotiation Between China And Foreign Countries During The Period Of The Republic Of China

Since the 1860s on, western strong capitalist countries strived China for expansion of telegraphic benefit. Intruding Chinese sovereign on telegraph. During the late period of the Qing Dynasty, the main privilege that the capitalist countries enjoyed was the area of wired. The negotiation between foreign countries and the China government is about wired. The period of the Republic of China ,in which the capitalist strived China for the sovereignty of wireless on a large scale while the wireless in China was developing. There were not only negotiations between the capitalist countries and China , but also between the capitalist countries themselves when strivd for privilege.This article focuses on the "Sanjing Contract" between China and Japan, the "Makeni Contract" between Britain and China ,and the "Federal Contract" between the united states and China ,in order to discuss the reason why these three wireless contracts would bring about negotiations and arrange the specific process of wireless contracts negotiations among China, Brian, Japan and the untied states. The passage will also analyse the early period and late Beiyang Government's and the early Nanjing Government's different attitudes and the reason toward the wireless negotiations .Beside ,it will still look into the policies and features on diplomacy during those 3 stages above. The article can be divided into 4 parts .Chapter 1 will introduce the process of wireless development in China ,and analyse the reasons why there were so many conflicts about wireless contracts during Beiyang Period generally . The second chapter will discuss the reasons why conflicts about those three wireless contracts in the early Beiyang period, and the negotiation process that both foreign countries and China focused on .Then it'll look into the attitudes to which the early Beiyang Government treated wireless negotiation. Besides chapter 2 will analyse the diplomatic policies in the early Beiyang Government.In chapter 3, we can know negotiatory process about the "Federal Contract" between China , Japan and the United states and the attitude and policies of the late Beiyang Government.When coming to the fourth chapter, it will study the Nanjing Government's attitude and policy towards the conflicts on the wireless contracts. Discuss the reasons why the early Nanjing Government took back the sovereignty of wireless and analyse the diplomatic policies and characteristics that taken out by the Nanjing Government.
