Study On Geography Dialogue Teaching Under The Background Of New Curriculum Reform

In this paper, I would introduce dialogue teaching into geography teaching on the basis of some theories concerned , I focuse on the specific measures and methods of operation, discussing and exploring practical application of dialogue teaching in geography classes. This thesis is designed to provide geography teachers with basic skills and strategies for dialogue teaching , and build a bridge between theory and practice. Meanwhile, I attempts to develop and improve theories of dialogue teaching. I basis this thesis on my nearly 10 years of experience in geography dialogue teaching and on experimental study with some teachers during my three-years post-grudate study. I finished it by employing many methods such as observation, questionnaire, interview, literature and so on. at the same time, dialogue teaching theory home and abroad,geography education theory, the new curriculum reform research results are referred.This study is divided into three parts. The first part was the introduction. In order to explain the basis , the idea and the methods of the research, I present the origin of the study and its status in domestic and foreign research. In the meantime, the basis , the ideas and the methods of the study areincluded. The second part is the first chapter——the conceptand essential characteristics of geography dialogue teaching. In this part , I aim to clarify the concept and the overall characteristic of geography dialogue teaching so that the readers have an initial conceptual understanding of it. Thethird part is the second chapter——the design of geographydialogue teaching under the background of new curriculum reform and the third chapter——the implementation of geographydialogue teaching in classroom. This part is the focus of this study. From a view of practical application. It explains how to design geography dialogue teaching and how to implement it.
