In 2001, the government issued < Full-time compulsory education music curriculum standard > (Test version). For this, our country starts the reform of basic music education. In the developed areas of the curriculum reform, the effect is remarkable. But in the undeveloped regions by the factors of restricting the implementation of music, and there are many obstacles. This makes developed region and undeveloped region of music education appears more and more large disparity, also make the music education development in China losing its balance, music education of adverse development as a whole.As an underdeveloped areas music education teacher, hope that through the research of the reform of the basic music education status in this area, can find the discipline to improve the undeveloped areas basic music education development. Thus better in theory and ideology music education based on guidance.This Paper were studied by using questionnaire and interviews, observation method, the literature material law, data statistics. One case of questionnaire and interview method is the important means of investigation, take the underdeveloped areas of Jinlin province of Baicheng city for instance. On 20 schools music teachers in the implementation of the new curriculum in the process of investigation and statistics, adapt, and analysis. Analysis on the undeveloped regions music education reform in basic factors of underdeveloped regions, to improve the quality of music education foundation put forward the corresponding solutions. From the perspective of sociology on the researching of new problems after new curriculum reform of basic education, and put forward suggestions on the problems of opinion, for our country's basic music education especially undeveloped areas of the implementation of educational curricula basic music education has great practical value. |
