The Reconstruction Of Political Mobilization In The Winter Study Of Shandong Anti-Japan Base (1937-1945)

During the Anti-Japanese War, the CPC carried out a deep political mobilization on the whole society. Meanwhile, the CPC sponsored the winter study movement which was a catholic, frequent and efficient mode of social education. And the CPC took advantage of the winter study to carry out the political mobilization. The Shandong Anti-Japan base was one of the principal Anti-Japan bases, so the political mobilization in the winter study was very important.The paper is divided to four parts to conduct the research of the Shandong Anti-Japan base how to advance the political mobilization in the winter study.The preface briefly introduces the research meaning, present conditions and boundaries related to it.The first chapter is about the background of the political mobilization in Shandong Anti-Japan base. It mainly includes the CPC's theories of the political mobilization during the Anti-Japanese War, the development overview of the winter study in Shandong Anti-Japan base, and the reason and the transformation of the political mobilization in the winter study. And I introduce the situation of the winter study in Shandong Anti-Japan base from the leadership and management, teaching management and the teaching content.The second chapter briefly analyzes the political mobilization in the winter study of the Shandong Anti-Japan base. It is the main part of this article and the innovation spot meanwhile. The mobilization principal part utilized some ways to carry out the political mobilization, conformity and approval of the interests, organization control, participation political mobilization, art mobilization, to mobilize the population, by the media of newspaper and the magazine to propaganda and mobilize the people, using the advanced deeds of the winter study movement to educate and guide the people. Meanwhile I conclude the characteristics and the shortcomings of the political mobilization in the Shandong Anti-Japan base.The third chapter summarizes the experiences and the inspiration of the political mobilization in the Shandong Anti-Japan base. The political mobilization in the study movement is deeply and successful. Meanwhile, we should pay more attention to the country education, and the CPC should explore the new political mobilization model in the construction of the social new village.
