The Mobilization Of Joining The Army Of Taiyue Revolutionary Base

Among the actions of The Communist Party of China's(CPC)guarantee of survival and expansion of its military strength in the base areas,military mobilization is an important part,which is also a vital support for stabilizing the CPC regime in the base areas and improving rural social governance.CPC has implemented a number of mobilization measures in the base area,forming a comprehensive and multi-angle mobilization model.This article mainly states a series of military mobilizations implemented by CPC in the Taiyue Revolutionary Base during the War of Resistance and the War of Liberation as the research object,exploring the effectiveness and shortcomings of the Chinese Communists' mobilization during that period.It also analyzes the influence of the Chinese Communists in the Taiyue Revolutionary Base.From the evolution of the CPC's policies and measures in different periods,the author put forward to the essential characteristics of the relationship between the CPC's revolution and rural society.The article can be divided into four chapters.The first chapter briefly discusses the important strategic position of the Taiyue Revolutionary Base,and the general situation of Taiyue Revolutionary Base mobilization during the Anti-Japanese War and the Liberation War step by step.The second chapter uses a micro-perspective method to observe the real situation of peasantry,grassroots party members,various types of subjects in the village,and public opinion in the army's mobilization work,and then analyzes the CPC's gains and losses in rural governance.The third chapter takes the social security of soldiers and military members as the starting point,and focuses on the changes of the social security policies and the evolution of the system in the various periods and stages of the CPC,and points out the limitations in the implementation process.The fourth chapter explores the mobilization model supplemented by the diverse and supplemented army of the Taiyue Revolutionary Base,and discusses how CPC finds a balance between fleeing and returning,how to guide the puppet army to wake up,and last how to keep the continuous revolutionary marching ahead.Looking back at the practices of the Chinese Communist Party's military mobilizationin the Taiyue Revolutionary Base,it is not only a guarantee of the normal success of the army's replenishment,but also a powerful entry point for the CPC to go deeper into the Taiyue Base for rural governance.In this process,the brilliance and darkness of human nature were intertwined,revolution and conservative confrontation,and the mobilization of troops in the new and old competitions gradually began.From this perspective,the CPC's rural governance system and level of governance at that time could be objectively displayed.
