Emotional understanding is defined as children understand the emotional causes and results, as well as the application of this information for self and others the right emotional response capabilities. While mixed emotion (mixed emotion, mixed feeling) comprehension refers to the individual aware of the same scene can be induced by two different and even contradictory emotional response capabilities. Individual through learning acquired social skills, carry out the activities in an effective and appropriate interaction with others in particular social situations. It should include the behavior, cognitive and emotional three components.This study was to explore the development of the mixed emotion comprehension and social skills of children with hyperactivity disorder (HD children), as well as the relationship of mixed emotion understanding and social skills of children with hyperactivity disorder ( HD children). Study sample is 34 HD children of the patients of Shanghai Mental Health Center, as well as the control group is 51 normal children of the certain areas of Henan Province.Use story-telling interview (story-telling interview) method test HD children and normal children's mixed emotional understanding. In addition, the survey of social skills' development of HD children and normal children is mainly through the structured interview method and social skills rating scale parents. The main findings are as follows:(1) The ability to understand mixed emotions of HD children was significantly worse than normal students.(2) HD children in the social interaction goals, tasks environment, social interaction strategies and the results of social interaction's scores were lower than normal children, as well as there was a significant difference. The score of Social skills of HD children was lower than the normal children, and there was a significant difference.(3) Between the understanding of mixed emotions and sensitivity dimension of social skills of HD children had obvious revelation.In conclusion, Compared to HD children and normal children, the mixed emotion understanding and social skills of HD children were significantly lower than the normal children, but the mixed emotion understanding and social skills had not significant Relation. Therefore, the mixed feelings understood of HD children may have influential only in some aspects of social skills.
