Currently, with the process of economic globalization and quicken of informatization in social life, the communication becomes extremely frequent among science, economic and culture, handling of a foreign language is becoming a basic quality during 21st century for civic. Foreign language education is taken seriously unprecedented, moreover, it shows lowering trend in steps. However, foreign language learning is urgent need for culturing high quality talents, scientific development and social progress. The need of English learning for children and education input are rapidly increasing, simultaneously, we find several ubiquitous problems on teachers, exposure and teaching methods, teaching content, teaching strategies, regional differences, resource effectiveness and so on. These are closed associated with poorly touching English environment, finiteness with English learning environment and presentation of learning, lack of teachers, dried learning method, enabling to arouse students' interest and motivation of learning.On certainly objective conditions of our country, how to create appropriate learning environment for children, effectively increase the effectiveness of exposure level and presentation of learning resource, lower the direct dependence on professional teachers, arouse students' interest of learning, is the important problem to be solved urgently on Quality-oriented Education. In recent years, rapidly development of internet and multimedia technology, promoting the process of information gradually, are being used widely in education.For the practical problems on children English teaching, with analysis of potential advantages when multimedia environment be used in teaching, this article draws lessons from Canadian curriculum education system- Immersion teaching theory, that integrates learning resource into environment in the form of activity junction, to design themed events, thus, children acquire knowledge on listening, speaking, reading and writing by participating in themed events. This article analyzes and designs the construction of "Total immersion" in online multimedia environment, to exploit online learning environment full of immersion experience, to provide a platform for effective input of children English learning.
