The harmonious culture takes the harmony as the thought essence and the value orientation. Advocating the harmonious idea and reflecting the harmonious spirits are the core content of the harmonious culture. It is the important characteristic of a harmonious society and also provides the strong spiritual motivation and thought guarantee for building a harmonious society. Standing firm in the forefront of the times, the Communist Party of China explicitly proposed that constructing the harmonious culture is the important task in building the harmonious socialism society, while socialism core value system is the essential element of the harmonious culture at the Sixth Plenary session of the 16^th Central Committee.Constructing the harmonious socialism culrure has a vital significance for social harmony. This thesis attempts to elaborate the connotation, the content and the basic characteristic of the harmonious culture profoundly, then explore the effective ways of constructing the harmonious culture and to construct the system of the harmonious socialism culture which should be in line with the harmonious socialism society.It mainly contains three parts as follows:The first part mainly talks about the time background of constructing the socialism harmonious culture. In order to form the inspiring spirits power and the united and harmonious tie of the whole nation, we must improve our cohesive force, centripetal force and affinity of our country continuously.The fourth part mainly elaborates the social functions of the harmonious socialism culture in building the socialism harmonious society and its prospects for the developing situation in the future. It can promote the full development of the harmonious soceity, and the harmonious development of the own culture; it can enhance the competitive power of the culture and defend culture sovereignty and security; it can advance the harmonious development between the person and nature, the person and society; it also can enhance the national cohesion and so on. As a result, the construction of the harmonious socialism culture will realize the harmonious development between human being and nature in the higher administrative levels. At the same time, it will solve the social contradictions and arrange the social powers so that we will strengthen the national condense power in the near future.
