Giuseppe Tornatore Film Study

Giuseppe Tornatore is a well-known realist genre film director in Italy, his films gained a lot of International Awards, and his works are full of natural Italian style, and also display the unique Italian national temperament. His films succeed in achieving a balance between art and commerce, and also come with a deeper meaning layer under the surface one. He learns a variety of useful elements from the history of the development of films from Italy and other countries which helps him to form the unique style of his films. The three classic works "trilogy to go home" is composed of the films: "Nuovo cinema Paradiso" , "La Leggenda del pianista sull' oceano"(The legend of 1900) and "Malèna".Part III: "characteristics of the style of Tornatore's films": this part summarizes the unique style of Giuseppe Tornatore's film, analyzes his highly personal characters in the film.Part IV: Analysis of Tornatore in 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, "the top five international film directors in Beijing", campaign created by filming the short film "reunion".
