On The Construction Of Psychological Crisis Intervention Mechanism In Public Crisis Management In China

All kinds of crisis events have been occurring in countries, developing and developed alike, around the world, which have brought great losses to people's lives and properties as well as countries' economic development, some crisis events even threaten national security and social stability of the countries. Since the 1990s, public crisis events have also been increasing in our country, and their frequency is increasing and their harm is becoming prominent. Therefore the expression 'psychological crisis intervention' is constantly used after a public crisis. In the process of building a comprehensive well-off society and the harmonious socialist society, it has an important significance to deal with public crisis timely and effectively, to prevent and their negative effects, and to construct a complete system of psychological crisis intervention mechanism. These measures can better protect people's lives and properties; keep the society in order, to ensure social stability, to promote the economic and social development in a comprehensive, coordinative and sustainable way. In part IV, some measures are suggested to construct the psychological crisis intervention mechanism in public crisis management.
